Terms and Conditions for Online Competition

1. The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in a country where the competition is not prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Softyno and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. To enter the competition, individuals must complete the entry form on the Softyno website and provide a description of their desired website (Portfolio, Blog, or Ecommerce) and any specific requirements or preferences for the website and logo. Entries must be received by the deadline specified on the competition page. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Ten winners will be selected based on the feasibility and potential success of their desired website and the specific requirements or preferences for the website and logo. The winners will be contacted via email within 7-Days of the competition deadline.
4. The prize for the ten winners is a free website and logo design. If the winner’s desired website is an ecommerce store, they will be required to pay an additional fee of PKR 8750. The winners will also be required to purchase hosting for their websites using the company’s referral.
5. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
6. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
7. The company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or who engages in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the competition.
8. The company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the competition materials or for any technical malfunctions of computer equipment or software.
9. By entering the competition, entrants grant Softyno the right to use their name, image, and website and logo design for promotional purposes.
10. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrants and Softyno and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
